Opt-Out & Do Not Sell

If you would like to opt out of the sale of your personal information and direct Sovereign not to sell or share your data, submit a request to our Data Protection Officer with the required information below. Please note: your opt-out will be specific to the device for which you submit the request. If you use multiple devices, you will need to opt out each device. If you re-set your mobile advertising ID, you will need to opt out that device again.

Required information

• Mobile Advertising ID. Enter the AAID or IDFA for your device — a unique sequence of alphanumeric characters assigned to your device. Do not enter a phone number.

Right to Know Request — CCPA Only

To request the information we hold about you under the CCPA, email our Data Protection Officer with the required information below. Please submit only the required information; do not send your name, phone number, or other personal data.

Required information

• Email. The email address we should use to respond to your request.
• Mobile Advertising ID. The AAID or IDFA for your device.
• Recent Addresses Visited. Provide at least three (3) recently-visited locations, including street address, city, state and zip code. If the location is an establishment, please submit the establishment’s name in addition to the full street address.
• IP Address. Your device’s IP address.
