How to submit a complaint

Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@sovereign.ai and describe the nature of your complaint. So that we can respond and, where necessary, contact you, please include:

• Your name;
• An email address (and, if you wish, a postal address and phone number) we can use to reach you;
• A description of the nature of your complaint, including any relevant dates, details, and what you would like us to do.

You do not need to complete a separate field for each item — a single message containing the information above is sufficient. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
